MyTechSupport.com is a platform that connects clients seeking technical support with skilled specialists. We offer two main services:

  • Bounties: Public problems with cash rewards for solutions
  • Jobs: Private contracts for dedicated technical support

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform

5. Payments and Fees

The Platform charges a service fee on completed transactions. All fees are clearly displayed before you commit to any payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Platform fee: 15% of transaction value
  • Funds are held in escrow until work is approved
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Bounties

When posting a bounty, you agree to pay the stated amount to the specialist whose solution you accept. Solutions become public and may be viewed by other users.

7. Intellectual Property

Solutions submitted through bounties become publicly viewable. For private jobs, intellectual property rights should be agreed upon between client and specialist before work begins.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyTechSupport.com is a platform connecting users and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of work performed. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between clients and specialists, we provide a mediation service. Our decision in dispute cases is final.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
